Filtration is an important tool in wine-maker’s hands, without of which modern wine-making is impossible.

Enogrup portfolio includes long-term experience of best European filtration technologies:

  • effective separation of solids in must and wine with the use of centrifugal separators and flotation systems
  • filtration of wine lees and fining sediments with the use of rotary vacuum filters and perlite
